Why You Should Take The Full 3 Course Program

Clean Up Grow Up Scale Up has been developed to provide specific guidance via a roadmap for Owners and Operators to affect change in their company and themselves. To navigate what might be for you uncharted waters successfully you'll find it easier with a guide. 

The point is to challenge everything you are currently doing. Rethink your business, your role and where you're taking the company. Remember you may even consider taking in Investors, Partners or a partial sale to Buyers. Our EPSS course would be helpful with selling. 

Regardless of whether you're motivation is to grow or pivot to survive and grow this course is for you. It is an unusual time in the business world. Circumstances and influences are changing daily. Like it or not, we need to adapt or die. 

In each section there are questions, ideas, insights and learning to inform and challenge the student (Owner). Some will be brand new to you and others may be familiar but taken from a different perspective than you are used to. 

In developing this course I took into consideration that while running a business day to day is a very complicated, time consuming and detail oriented exercise, growing and or pivoting is equally as much work or more. You will need help. This will come from internal staff and likely some outside suppliers. Growing or pivoting your business is not an easy task without guidance and a roadmap.

1. Clean Up Section

Start by identifying and cleaning up bad habits, old processes and the routines that have kept you from growing. Get the tools to replace negative activity with positive. You need to have everyone in the boat and rowing in the same direction.

2. Grow Up Section

Now that the cleanup is progressing the whole company needs to grow up. But mostly you. The team needs to operate at their highest level possible. Leadership comes from the top down. You need to lead by example.

3. Scale Up Section

To scale up you will need to use muscles you may not know you have. Make decisions based on new strategies and utilize tools and tactics that will likely be new to you. Product, services, sales and marketing will move to the top of your To Do list.
